Trip Overview

We kick things off in Caye Caulker, where sandals get ditched early and the only rush hour is at the rum shack (no cars allowed on this island, only the slow lifestyle). Local beats spill from beach bars, sea breeze meets frozen drinks, and the vibes are pure island magic. And this year, we’re turning it all the way up: ringing in the new year with fireworks, live music, bonfires, and barefoot dancing! You won’t want to miss this epic way to welcome 2027.

Then we ramp it up even further—trading dry land for our private catamaran, slicing through turquoise waters to snorkel coral reefs, spot vibrant fish, glide alongside stingrays… and for the bold, a shark swim: optional, but unforgettable. Dive deeper: optional Blue Hole tours by boat or plane. Want the bragging rights of a lifetime? If you’re scuba certified, this is a legendary spot.

From the coast, we head inland to the Belizean jungle, where adventure meets ancient history. Imagine wandering through Mayan ruins tucked deep in the rainforest—temples rising above the canopy, plazas echoing with stories of kings and rituals. It’s a chance to step back in time while surrounded by untamed nature.

Adventure meets beach vibes on this trip. Snorkel reefs, hike ruins, and recharge in places that feel secret and sacred—with trusted partners guiding every step. Come solo and meet like‑minded adventurers. Rally your friend group out of the group chat. Travel as a couple. However you show up, your trip will be unforgettable.

Day 2: Island Time Activated — Rum Shacks, Hammocks & Barefoot Bliss

We trade pavement for paradise—speeding across turquoise waters to the dreamy shores of Caye Caulker, where the motto is “Go Slow” and the vibe is pure magic. Grab a bike and peddle past pastel colored cottages, we swing by outside dining where the freshest lobster catch and snapper is waiting for us to devour. Let reggae rhythms guide us straight to The Split—a sun-drenched channel where hammocks sway in the sea and tables sit waist-deep in turquoise bliss.

The afternoon is yours, feed tarpons by hand (yes, really), shop local crafts or allow the day to continue into the night at The Split.

Sun, sea, and slow living—this day has it all.

Day 3: Catamaran Dreams & Vibrant Coral

We board our private catamaran and set sail into the heart of Belize’s marine wonderland. Our first destination is the legendary Hol Chan Marine Reserve, one of the most vibrant snorkeling spots in the Caribbean. Glide over coral gardens teeming with parrotfish, angelfish, sea turtles, and maybe even a curious moray eel. This protected reef is shallow, clear, and bursting with life—perfect for beginners and seasoned snorkelers alike.

Next up: adrenaline meets awe at Shark Ray Alley, where docile nurse sharks and southern stingrays swirl beneath the surface. You can watch from the boat or jump in for a once-in-a-lifetime swim with these graceful creatures.

After the thrill, we anchor in calm waters for a freshly prepared lunch onboard.

Tonight, the island comes alive. The air hums with music, the beaches glow with bonfires, and energy fills every corner. This is not just another New Year’s Eve—it’s a celebration of life, connection, and adventure.

Choose your vibe:

  • The Split – Lazy Lizard NYE Bash DJs, dancing, and fireworks reflected in the sea make this the island’s most iconic countdown.

  • Bonfire on the Beach Gather with new friends for journaling, stargazing, and maybe even a spontaneous midnight swim.

  • However you choose to celebrate, this night is yours—a moment to reflect, rejoice, and reset under the Belizean sky.

Day 4: The Morning Is Yours

After a night of ringing in the new year, the island invites you to slow down. Wake when you wake. Drift into a relaxed ocean‑view breakfast, read a book with your toes in the sand, or stay curled up and savor a slow, quiet start. This is your morning to recharge.

Come afternoon, exploration abounds:

Dive Deeper: Take On the Iconic Blue Hole

  • Board a boat or lift off by plane—either way, you're chasing one of Earth’s most surreal wonders

  • Scuba certified? Then welcome to a diver's dream—where ancient stalactites loom like cathedral spires and the silence feels unreal. This is one of the most sought after underwater sites on the planet.

Prefer to stay grounded? Explore the island at your own pace—wander, swim, sip, or simply soak in the sun. There’s no wrong way to spend this day.

After conquering the depths, we journey back to the mainland—trading ocean blues for jungle greens. Our next stay is tucked deep in the rainforest, where the soundtrack shifts: rustling palms, distant waterfalls, and the primal roar of howler monkeys echoing through the canopy.

Typical accommodations: Dream Valley Belize or similar

The Jungle Calls

Day 5

We begin in the heart of the jungle, where towering temples and sacred plazas tell stories of Mayan kings and cosmic rituals. With our expert local guide leading the way, we explore the ruins of Xunantunich. Expect sweeping views from temple tops, jungle sounds all around, and a deep dive into centuries of history and myth.

After a morning of exploration, the afternoon is yours to shape. Some may dive into the lodge’s pool or walk the premises. Others might opt for a short canoe ride on the Macal River, spotting iguanas and tropical birds along the banks. For a taste of culture, join a hands‑on chocolate‑making workshop, learning the Mayan tradition of cacao from bean to bar.

As the sun sets, we gather one last time for our farewell dinner. It’s a chance to savor Belizean flavors, toast to new friendships, and reflect on the adventures we’ve shared.

Day 5 - 6 Typical accommodations: Dream Valley Belize or similar

ATM Cave

Into the Sacred Unknown

Day 6:

The Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) Cave is one of the most haunting and exhilarating experiences in Central America. We’ll trek, swim, and enter a limestone cathedral still haunted by the past. It’s part Indiana Jones, part sacred ritual site—skeletons, crystals, and echoes of ancient ceremonies. It’s pure mystery.

✨Optional: The Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) Cave is not included in your package, but it’s a can’t‑miss excursion for those who want to add it on.

For those who prefer to skip, our jungle accommodations offer an incredible atmosphere for relaxation. Spend the day watching for toucans, listening for howler monkeys, lounging by the pool, or indulging in a massage.

This final day in the jungle is about choice—whether you chase adventure underground or soak in the serenity above, you’ll close out the trip surrounded by nature’s magic.

Day 7: Departure
