Trip Highlights

Florence, Tuscany & Coasts!
Florence - the city where my love for travel first took root. A place that feels like a living museum wrapped in romance. From the grandeur of the Duomo to the quiet elegance of hidden courtyards, every corner tells a story. We’ll wander beneath ornate archways, marvel at Renaissance masterpieces, and savor the flavors that make Tuscany unforgettable. Italy never ceases to amaze me —so let’s uncover the magic together.
Cinque Terre:
Coastal Trails & Colorful Dreams
Day 3
We head to the Ligurian coast for a day wrapped in Mediterranean beauty. Think pastel‑painted villages clinging to cliffs, narrow paths overlooking turquoise waves, and the scent of lemon trees drifting through the air. You’ll explore Cinque Terre at your pace—either with a scenic cliffside hike along one of the most breathtaking sections of the Blue Trail or a relaxed boat ride gliding past the villages from the water.
Wander through charming harbors, dip your toes (or your whole self) into the sea, savor fresh seafood, and soak in views that feel like stepping into a living postcard. Whether you’re hiking between villages or sailing into hidden coves, this day is all about movement, magic, and Mediterranean bliss.
Savoring
Italy's Countryside

Slow Days & Full Glasses
After coastal exploration, we descend into the rolling hills of Tuscany, where vineyard views stretch for miles and every meal feels like a celebration. We’ll indulge in pasta made with love (and probably a nonna’s secret), sip our way through local wineries, learning about their history and production. It’s a slower pace, but no less rich—because sometimes, the best adventures are
served at the table.
It’s time for a flavorful detour into Italy’s artisanal heart. We venture into the countryside to meet a local prosciutto producer and witness the craft behind this savory perfection, from salt-curing to cellar aging. Then, we’ll step into the world of cheese-making, where the aroma of aging Parmigiano and the rhythm of tradition lead the way. Hands-on moments and guided tastings reveal the dedication behind every wheel. This isn’t just a tour—it’s a tribute to the people, patience, and pride that transform simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences. Because sometimes, the soul of Italy is best discovered one bite at a time.
Day 6
A slow, open day to enjoy Florence at your own pace. Wander, rest, shop, sip, or simply soak in the city’s magic. Your host will be available throughout the day for recommendations and support.

Ciao! I’m Amanda—founder of Roam with Me Travel and your host (alongside our incredible local guides) for this delicious, slow‑paced Italian escape.
Italy is where it all began for me. My first-ever solo group trip, many years ago, was to this very country—and it cracked something open in me: a love for travel, connection, and beauty that invites you to slow down and savor life. Now I get to bring others back to experience that same magic.
This journey is about long lunches in Tuscany, wandering Florence’s markets at your own pace, sipping wine overlooking rolling hills, and soaking in the pastel coastlines of Cinque Terre. I’ve strolled these streets, tasted these flavors, and lingered over more than a few sunset gelatos—and now, I’m inviting you to do the same.
Over seven days, we’ll savor local dishes, meet the people behind the food, explore iconic neighborhoods and hidden corners, and enjoy plenty of beautiful moments together. My favorite part? Sharing these experiences with new friends—laughing around shared tables, discovering new favorites, and creating memories that stay with you long after the trip ends.
