Jaw-Dropping Canadian Rockies

The Canadian Rockies are the kind of place women talk about for years — turquoise lakes that don’t look real, glacier‑carved valleys, towering peaks, and fresh mountain air. And here’s the thing: the lakes really are that blue! Now you get to experience it all with a small group of women who are just as ready for beauty, connection, and slow‑paced adventure as you are.

We’ll start at Lake Louise, where the water glows a shade of blue you truly have to see to believe. You’ll wander the shoreline, sip coffee at the Fairmont, and take in that iconic glacier backdrop that makes every photo look like a postcard. From there, we ride the Banff Gondola, floating above the valley to boardwalks and mountaintop views.

Then comes your big, bucket‑list moment: the Icefields Parkway. This stretch of road is often called one of the most beautiful drives in the world — and you’ll see why. We’ll roll past waterfalls, glacier viewpoints, and sweeping valleys before stepping onto the Athabasca Glacier itself. Then we’ll board a massive glacier vehicle that takes us right onto the Athabasca Glacier, where you can step out, walk on ancient ice, and feel the scale of the mountains around you.

After the big adventure, we slow things down a bit — taking a relaxing soak in hot springs where mountains tower around us and visiting some of the quieter, more peaceful corners of the Rockies. Emerald Lake offers calm, glassy water perfect for slow travel and reflection, and it’s the ideal spot to grab a canoe or kayak and head out onto one of those unbelievably blue lakes. Evenings in Golden settle into that cozy atmosphere with good company, fresh mountain air, and laughter.

If the Canadian Rockies have been calling, this is your moment to answer — and to explore them alongside women who are just as excited for big views, good vibes, and shared adventure as you are.

What's Included?

Welcome to Alberta!

Day 1

Welcome to Calgary — your gateway to the Canadian Rockies and the start of a week filled with turquoise lakes, glacier‑carved valleys, and fresh mountain air. For ease of arrival and departure, our hotel includes airport transfers, making this first day simple, smooth, and stress‑free. You’ll settle in comfortably, take a breath, and ease into the adventure at your own pace. Early arrivals can head to downtown Calgary to hit up some local boutique shops or stay at the hotel for a swim or relaxing spa.

In the evening, we’ll gather for our welcome dinner — the perfect chance to meet your fellow travelers, share first laughs, and start building the connections that make women‑only travel feel so special. It’s relaxed, cozy, and the ideal beginning to our Rockies getaway. Rest up — tomorrow we head into the mountains for your first unforgettable look at those iconic blue lakes that really are that blue.

Lake Louise, Banff Gondola & Banff Town

Day 2

Today is the day the Canadian Rockies come to life — the moment you finally see the scenery everyone dreams about. We’ll start at Lake Louise, the crown jewel of the Rockies and the lake you’ve seen in every postcard. The water is so bright and turquoise it almost doesn’t look real, and standing there in person is one of those unforgettable “I’m really here” moments. We’ll walk the shoreline, sip coffee at the Fairmont, and soak in that glacier backdrop that makes every photo look magical.

Next, we head to the Banff Gondola for an 8‑minute ride straight up into the mountains. At the summit, you’ll wander the boardwalk to Sanson’s Peak, take in sweeping valley views, and enjoy lunch or a snack with the Rockies stretching out in every direction. It’s scenic, energizing, and one of the best vantage points in Banff — but if you’d prefer to skip the gondola and spend a little extra time exploring Banff at your own pace, you’re welcome to do that too.

We’ll wrap up the afternoon in Banff Town, exploring shops, cafés, and photo spots at a relaxed pace before making our scenic drive to Golden, your cozy home base for the next few nights.

It’s a big, beautiful day — the perfect introduction to the iconic landscapes you came here to see.

Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure

Day 3

We’ll make the scenic drive to the Columbia Icefield, where your Glacier Drive‑Up Expedition begins. You’ll board a massive Ice Explorer and ride right onto the Athabasca Glacier, stepping out onto thousands‑year‑old ice for one of the most unforgettable moments of the trip. It’s bold, breathtaking, and absolutely bucket‑list!

After your glacier walk, you can choose to visit the Skywalk — a glass walkway suspended high above the valley — or simply enjoy the views from the main overlook. From there, we’ll continue along the Icefields Parkway, stopping at places like Tangle Falls, Stutfield Glacier Viewpoint, and Sunwapta Canyon, each offering its own “pull out your camera” moment.

It’s a full, scenic, once‑in‑a‑lifetime day — the kind that reminds you just how wild and extraordinary the Rockies really are.

The Slow Life

Day 4

After yesterday’s big glacier adventure, today is all about slowing down and savoring the quieter side of the Rockies. We’ll start our morning at Emerald Lake, one of the most peaceful and photogenic spots in the entire region. The water here is calm, glassy, and impossibly green — the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale.

You’ll have two beautiful options:

  • Kayak or canoe on Emerald Lake for a gentle, scenic paddle surrounded by towering peaks, or

  • Enjoy a relaxed shoreline walk, taking photos, sipping coffee, and soaking in the stillness at your own pace.

Both options are equally lovely — this is your morning to choose what feels good.

From there, we make our way to Radium Hot Springs, where naturally heated mineral pools sit right at the base of the mountains. This is your restorative afternoon: warm water, fresh air, and time to unwind after a few days of adventure.

Back in Golden, the rest of the day is yours — maybe it’s a nap, maybe it’s deck time, maybe it’s a quiet walk. Today is intentionally gentle, giving you space to recharge before the final stretch of our Rockies journey.

Day 5

Today is your final full day in the Rockies, and it’s a beautiful one — scenic and filled with those iconic turquoise views the Icefields Parkway is known for. We’ll depart Golden and make our way toward Bow Lake, arriving just as the morning light hits the water. It’s quiet, reflective, and stunning.

Next, we head to Peyto Lake, where a short, easy walk brings you to one of the most famous overlooks in Canada. The view here is pure postcard: bright turquoise water, glacier‑carved valleys, and sweeping mountain peaks. It’s an unforgettable stop and one of the most photographed places in the Rockies.

From there, you’ll have the option to enjoy a gentle, scenic walk through Mistaya Canyon — an easy 1–1.5 mile trail with canyon and river views that are perfect for all comfort levels. It’s quiet, beautiful, and a lovely way to stretch your legs before the drive back to Calgary.

After Mistaya, we’ll enjoy slow‑travel pullouts and photo stops along the Parkway before beginning our drive to Calgary. We’ll arrive late afternoon, giving you time to settle in before our farewell dinner, a cozy, celebratory evening to wrap up our Rockies adventure together.

It’s a scenic, gentle, beautiful day — the perfect finale before we head home.
