Next, we take to the water for a kayaking expedition to the Sunken Church of Zangarro. Zangarro was submerged in 1979 when the La Purísima Dam was built. Today, the Temple of the Virgen de los Dolores emerges eerily from the water, offering a hauntingly beautiful glimpse into the past as we paddle through its remains.
